Cancellation within 24 hours if feeling unwell.
Following Government guidance: if experiencing any symptoms, the appointment will be cancelled. I will self-isolate and get a PCR test as soon as possible.
Face masks/ shields are worn whenever appropriate.
Hand sanitizer is used before and after a visit or assessment
Test equipment is cleaned and not used for 48 hours between assessments
Consultation room is kept well ventilated.
Chairs, tables, light switches and door handles are cleaned before and after use in the Consultation
Tissues and rubbish is disposed of in bins provided
I will self-isolate if instructed by NHS Track and Trace and self-isolate.
